What is he elated about? All the others are standing still and uninterested. His expression is priceless and so is the capture 😀
I’m not sure of the exact context but it was a rally in support on Venezuela. Lots of music around with many elated people however this gentleman just stood out, I was drawn in. Thank you so much for leaving a comment. Have a great night.
